The entire house has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, currently with two couples, master's and doctoral students, and quiet individuals. One couple plans to return to their home country upon completion of studies on February 20, 2024, and are now recruiting new roommates; the lease start date is February 20, 2024; it is expected to stay for at least half a year until August 2024; the rent for a regular room is SGD 1000 per month, and one room can accommodate 1 or 2 people (preferably couples or couples or two individuals).
