Our house is newly renovated 5-room HDB with air-con and wifi, please refer to the photos, so far only have me and my husband staying.

-only rent 1 room out

-friendly couple (we are both professionals)

-2 mim walk to LRT, 8 min to Punggol MRT

-downstairs have 24 hour supermarket and food court, convenient

-TPE just 5 min walk away, a lot of buses to red line/ tampines/ changi etc

-wardrobe and study table are provided

-we understand most of the tenants are foreigners, if occasionally you have family come Singapore to visit you, we allow them to stay at your room for $15/day.

I'm pregnant and the baby is coming in 2019 Oct, we hope to find a tenant who loves baby, definitely not light sleeper.. we will make sure the baby not to make too much noise. if you like our house, we are ok to nego a bit for you :)
