以上费用已包水电费，上网费。

*A non-refundable registration fee of $53.50 and one month refundable deposit to be paid upon application.费用： 注册手续费$53.50，一个月押金。

No agent fee. 无任何中介费，学校指定经纪人

Aircon 7pm-7am. 空调 下午7点到早上7点

Free Laundry up to 4pcs of clothes per day. 每天提供4件免费洗衣服务
